Managing Director

Leaine is the Managing Director for Jones Business Solutions and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this company. With a foundation in the banking industry Leaine's subsequent career included office management, accounting, property management, and public sector administration. A number of positions were with small- to medium-sized operations, and Leaine also has experience in owning and managing her own business.

One of Leaine's key strengths is the ability to analyse existing systems and implement improvements to achieve greater efficiencies - as well as introducing robust processes to provide clear audit measures and management of risk.

Leaine's role with Jones Business Solutions is to oversee the company operations, liaise with clients and to manage the Recruitment Services, Debtor Management, and Accounting Services areas. She also assists with the Property Management aspect of the company and finalises the accounting for this area.
